CERES are a fantastic organisation with their Fair Food mission. I have been ordering with them on and off for the past year or so and the food is always great. The produce is always good quality organics and their other products like dairy, pantry items and home cleaning products are really good healthy alternatives to big brand products. Having everything delivered is so good for someone who is time poor but wants to eat good quality and healthy food and there’s a level of trust that CERES care a lot about what they are providing!

I love being able to buy fresh vegetables, and sometimes other things, from CERES. The information they provide about their food and the people who grow or provide them is of great interest to me and I now feel part of a community of people who really care. I was tired of waiting for our local organic place to be open and driving to various different places to get what I needed. I got to swap my glass milk bottles for a credit, swapped my CO2 bottles plus ordered great organic produce. The Dench bakery mini banana breads were delicious!! Everything was fresh and lasted well. The packaging can be returned and no plastic!!

I’m a long term customer since pre covid and I have a lot of respect for they way they’ve grown over these years. The range of food and products is excellent and the price options on fruit and veg is very helpful. I’m so grateful to have mostly non plastic packaging to return for reuse and to shop to support local and organic and community driven enterprise. The delivery is so convenient and all communication I have with CERES staff is incredible and helpful, it feels like the org must be true to their values if the humans I engage with are that present and lovely.

We don't get the fruit and vegetable boxes every week, but whenever we can, we do, and we always find the quality to be excellent. We highly recommend them! I love Fair Food! The organic produce is top quality and so fresh. The Schulz milk in glass bottles is also super fresh and lasts such a long time. The CERES team are very helpful and friendly and delivery is very efficient, not least because the boxes are collected and reused. Highly recommended!

The customer service and responsiveness are unbelievably personal and effective. The packaging is excellent and recyclable. The produce we receive is fantastic and they immediately made good the one time the banana's were too green. They care, right through to the delivery person and box recycling. Wow! The box was generously packed, the quality of the produce was amazing. I loved seeing little bug bites on the vegetables ... and the fruit was non waxy - truly organic and fresh. We also ordered eggs and bread and these were great. The customer service was excellent and they even added flowers to the order - made my day 🙂
