Inca Berries

Method

This Golden Inca Berries and Nut Truffle recipe is adapted from Raw Food Recipes – a recipe submitted by Ulyana Michailov.

  • Add all ingredients except cacao nibs and bee pollen (optional) to a food processor and mix until it forms a sticky dough
  • Add in cacao nibs and bee pollen (optional) and gently mix
  • Roll into bite sized balls and dip into melted raw chocolate!

Ingredients

1/2 cup Inca Berries
1/2 cup Sultanas
1/2 cup Apricots
1/2 cup Pecans
1/2 cup Almonds
1 tsp Vanilla Extract
2 tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 cup cacao nibs
Block of raw vegan chocolate (for dipping)
1/8 cup Bee Pollen (optional)
